Massage Therapy

I'm a massage therapy student at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, completing my training in December 2026 on my way to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
My path to this work started long before school. After 5 years of stunt acting in film, I had developed a series of longterm injuries. Not knowing how to let myself heal and rest, I ended up living with chronic pain for 5 years that affected me both physically and mentally. That time showed me how much pain can shape everything: your sleep, your mood, your work, and your trust in your own body. It also showed me how much the right care can change things.
The practitioners who helped me most did more than treat the sore spot. They listened, explained what was going on, and gave me ways to take part in my own recovery. That's the kind of therapist I'm working to become.
At VCMT, I'm building a strong foundation in anatomy, assessment, and evidence-informed treatment, and I'm gaining hands-on clinical experience with a wide range of clients. Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for your next event, or managing pain that's been with you for years, I want to work with you to help you move better, feel better, and support your long-term health.
